Immediate opening: we are hiring a lorry driver in Mecosta County, Michigan. You will work at a haulage company. Requirements: • Valid digital tachograph card • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence On the job you will handle: • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts 6+ years on the tools preferred.
