Paint booth operator • Mubi South, Adamawa State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Mubi South, Adamawa State. The role involves mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. ₦800 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
