Urgent requirement: we are hiring a TIG welder in Prowers County, Colorado. You will be based at a busy fabrication workshop. Your main tasks: • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer Requirements: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Able to pass a weld test on the spot 3+ years on the tools preferred.
