Great opportunity: fabricator-welder (Michigan)

Join our team: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Osceola County, Michigan. You will work in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. The role involves grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp. What we are looking for: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
