Head butcher wanted in Yuma County

Join our team: we are hiring a head butcher in Yuma County, Colorado. Your main tasks: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
