We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in El Paso County, Texas. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff 4+ years on the tools preferred.
