Smash repairer — Montgomery County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a smash repairer in Montgomery County, Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull Requirements: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
