Now hiring: we are hiring a cold store insulation technician in Iredell County, North Carolina. The job is on flat roofs and terraces. The role involves: • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Willing to travel between sites • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls 3+ years on the tools preferred.
