Concrete labourer — Jones County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Jones County, South Dakota. You will work with a civil contractor. The role involves: • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns You should have: • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain 6+ years on the tools preferred.
