Horticulturist wanted in Otero County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a horticulturist in Otero County, Colorado. You will work in a residential garden complex. You will plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings; weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease. What we are looking for: • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
