Gypsum plasterer wanted in Polk County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gypsum plasterer in Polk County, North Carolina. You will work at a plastering and dry lining contractor. Day to day you will polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster. What we are looking for: • CSCS card or willing to obtain one • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets 2+ years on the tools preferred.
