Requirements: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork The role involves watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb.
