Join our team: we are hiring a foundry worker in Tallahatchie County, Mississippi. You will work at an aluminium die-casting plant. The role involves tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects. What we are looking for: • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
