Coating plant operator wanted in Stevens County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Stevens County, Washington. You will work at a powder coating unit. You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Day to day you will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks.
