Join our team: turndown attendant (New Mexico)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a turndown attendant in Santa Fe County, New Mexico. You will be based in a guest house. Day-to-day duties: • Report maintenance faults — leaking taps, blown bulbs, faulty AC — to engineering • Service 14-16 rooms per shift to the floor checklist • Vacuum carpets, mop hard floors and dust every surface in the room • Log lost-and-found items and hand them to the supervisor • Empty bins, replace liners and segregate the waste • Clean and disinfect bathrooms — toilets, basins, showers, mirrors and tiles Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and rotational offs • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and correct dilution ratios • Able to operate vacuum, buffing and carpet-shampoo machines At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
