Lift maintenance fitter — Clay County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Clay County, Missouri. You should have: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work The role involves: • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
