Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fitter on the line in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a consumer goods manufacturing unit. Ideal candidate: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Day-to-day duties: • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
