Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pot washer in Lincoln Parish, Louisiana. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure On a typical shift you will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift.
