Catering cook wanted in Jackson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a catering cook in Jackson County, West Virginia. On a typical shift you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours.
