Aluminium fitter — Kent

We are recruiting: we are hiring an aluminium fitter in Kent, England. Your main tasks: • Crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine • Cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw • Apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames • Anchor frames to brick or RCC openings with fixing lugs and dash fasteners Requirements: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding and ladders • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes • Skilled on cutting, crimping and punching machines Overtime paid at a premium rate.
