Now hiring: we are hiring a food packing operative in Marshall County, Kansas. You will be based in a cold-storage packing unit. You will seal cartons with a tape gun or hot-melt glue; feed products onto the conveyor belt and clear jams; inspect packs for leaks, dents or damaged seals; stack and arrange goods onto pallets for dispatch; separate rejects and re-pack faulty units. Ideal candidate: • Basic numeracy for counting and recording quantities • Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 kg • Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
