Foundry operative • Esit Eket, Akwa Ibom State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a foundry operative in Esit Eket, Akwa Ibom State. You will work in the fettling and dressing shop. Day-to-day duties: • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture Requirements: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Basic grinding and fettling skills Full-time with occasional weekends.
