We are recruiting: aluminium TIG welder (Kentucky)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Hickman County, Kentucky. You will be based at a busy fabrication workshop. You will clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through. Ideal candidate: • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
