Join our team: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Blair County, Pennsylvania. Day to day you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler We offer $4,600 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided.
