Great opportunity: reinforcement fitter (Nebraska)

Now hiring: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Keith County, Nebraska. You will work at a precast concrete yard. Day-to-day duties: • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $160 per day, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
