Now hiring: we are hiring a van driver in Union County, North Carolina. You will be based at a school transport service. Ideal candidate: • Basic vehicle maintenance know-how • Valid commercial/PSV driving licence (LMV/HMV as required) On the job you will handle: • Help elderly and disabled passengers board and alight safely • Keep a daily trip log and record mileage and fuel used • Follow fixed pick-up and drop-off routes to a set timetable • Report mechanical faults and dents to the depot office • Maintain an accurate headcount against the passenger manifest Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
