What we are looking for: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines On a typical shift you will mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder.
