You should have: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns On a typical shift you will mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
