Rebar installer • Dewey County, Oklahoma

Vacancy available: we are hiring a rebar installer in Dewey County, Oklahoma. The job is at a precast concrete yard. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations The role involves: • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift 6+ years on the tools preferred.
