The role involves: • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors You should have: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience.
