Immediate opening: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Humboldt County, California. The role involves: • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile Requirements: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine 2+ years on the tools preferred.
