Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coater in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. Your main tasks: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes 4+ years on the tools preferred.
