Tandoor cook • Houston County, Tennessee

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Houston County, Tennessee. You will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
