Great opportunity: we are hiring a head butcher in Marion County, Georgia. You will work at a halal meat counter. The role involves debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
