Head baker wanted in DeKalb County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a head baker in DeKalb County, Alabama. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens You will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; score the top of loaves before baking; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them.
