Your main tasks: • Call customers for directions or to retry a missed delivery • Update delivery status (delivered / failed / rescheduled) in the app • Handle fragile and perishable items with care in transit • Return undelivered parcels and reconcile cash at the hub You should have: • Smartphone with internet for the delivery app • Able to ride long hours in all weather • Clean driving record 3+ years on the tools preferred.
