Join our team: we are hiring an incoming goods inspector in Skagit County, Washington. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools Requirements: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
