Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking You will prepare the mise en place before each service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
