Urgent requirement: protective coatings painter (Indiana)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a protective coatings painter in Jefferson County, Indiana. Your main tasks: • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames Requirements: • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Own brushes and basic hand tools We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits.
