Back-of-house cleaner • Akoko South East, Ondo State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Akoko South East, Ondo State. On a typical shift you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers 1+ years on the tools preferred.
