Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Igbo-Etiti, Enugu State. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays On a typical shift you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
