Join our team: we are hiring a LV electrician in Miller County, Georgia. You will work in a power distribution substation. Day to day you will isolate circuits and apply lockout-tagout before working; crimp lugs and terminate armoured cable glands; run conduit, lay PVC trunking and clip cable; check earth continuity and earth pit resistance; carry out preventive maintenance on switchgear and busbars; measure voltage, current and load with a multimeter and clamp meter. Requirements: • 2+ years hands-on wiring and maintenance experience • Sound knowledge of IS wiring and earthing standards Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
