Join our team: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Wake County, North Carolina. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds On a typical shift you will carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
