Safety marshal • Rappahannock County, Virginia

We are recruiting: we are hiring a safety marshal in Rappahannock County, Virginia. You will work on a road and infrastructure project. You will enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
