Immediate opening: fabricator-welder (West Virginia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Jackson County, West Virginia. You will work in a heavy engineering unit. What we are looking for: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding Day-to-day duties: • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits.
