Natural gas fitter • Jennings County, Indiana

Great opportunity: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in Jennings County, Indiana. You will be based in a gas distribution network. You should have: • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Driving licence for travel between sites On a typical shift you will read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant; set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
