We are recruiting: we are hiring a commis chef in Montgomery County, Missouri. The job is at a cloud kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Performance bonus on top of base pay.
