Requirements: • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites On a typical shift you will spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles; set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges; apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas; make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits; match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls; grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
