You should have: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns Your main tasks: • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying Pay around $230 per day, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
