Cnc turning machinist — Defiance County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Defiance County, Ohio. The job is at an auto-components manufacturing unit. The role involves adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; write and edit G-code programs at the control; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54). You should have: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T Full-time, day shift. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
